FAQ
-
No. Our classes are designed for all levels, so we don’t require an introductory class. In all of our general classes, our instructors will cue modifications and progressions for every exercise so that you can tailor ANY class to your own ability level! For brand new clients, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the start of class so that your instructors can introduce you to the reformer equipment and get to know about any injuries you may have that need modification cues. If you don’t arrive at least 10 minutes early, we may ask you to reschedule.
-
We DO offer “back to basics” classes weekly for clients who would prefer a more hands-on start in Pilates. Other classes that are ideal for beginners are any of our “restorative” or “gentle” reformer classes. These classes are always a slower pace, and don’t include any advanced reformer exercises.
-
SHOW UP EARLY
We ask that you arrive at your first class 10 minutes early to allow time for set-up on your reformer. You may be asked to reschedule if you do not arrive 10 minutes early. This is an important block of time where you will meet with your instructor, get set up on your reformer, and discuss any specific modifications you might need throughout class so that you have a safe and effective workout.
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
We recommend comfortable fitness clothing and a water bottle. Grip socks are required, and can be purchased in the studio. If you do not have grip socks, you can borrow a loaner pair at the front desk. We ask that all other personal items, including cell phones be turned to silent, and stored away during class. (You are, however, welcome to take pre- and post-class videos or selfies and share on social media.)
-
SALTED Wellness does not allow anyone under 16 to take class. However, 16—and 17-year-old minors are allowed to take class with their parents’ consent. A parent or legal guardian must sign the minor’s waiver in the studio prior to the minor’s first class. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone should we feel that our classes, instruction, or environment are not a mutual fit.
-
You will have 14 days from the date of purchase to use your first class! Don’t wait, schedule today!
-
You will have one week from the day you book your first class to use the seven consecutive days of classes! The first class must be reserved within 14 days of the purchase date. To fully utilize your week of classes, we suggest signing up 7-10 days in advance!
-
While we encourage clients to take pictures and videos in the studio before & after class (be sure to tag us!) we ask that you respect the privacy of the clients around you and do not photograph or film them without their consent.
To help everyone get the most out of their workout, our studio is a phone-free zone during class. This helps keep the space safe, focused, and free from distractions—so everyone can hear the instructor and stay present.
Please silence your phone and keep it stored away. If you need to take an emergency call, feel free to step outside the studio.
We do work with a small number of approved influencers who may film during class. They are asked to do so respectfully, without disrupting the flow or including other clients in their content.
Thanks for helping us keep the vibe calm, clear, and connected!

Auto-Renewal Policy
When you sign up for an auto-renewing membership, you're committing to a minimum of 3 months. You’re welcome to submit a cancellation request anytime, but it won’t take effect until after that initial 3-month period.
To cancel, please use the app or submit a ticket through the “Member Support” button on our website. We’re not able to process cancellations in-studio.
We don’t require a long notice period, but cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date and during regular business hours to ensure they’re processed in time. If a request comes in after your payment has been charged, it will apply to the following cycle. We’re not able to issue refunds for late requests.
Please note: Canceling or letting your membership lapse will result in the loss of legacy pricing and any special benefits tied to it.
Prepaid Memberships
These also auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date using the same process as above. Late requests will take effect on the next cycle, and refunds aren’t issued for missed deadlines.Memberships purchased online will start the same day. If you'd like a future start date or need help changing your plan (upgrade/downgrade), please call our support team—we’re happy to help!
-
Renewals & Booking Window
Auto-renew memberships are charged monthly on the same date. For example, if your billing date is the 1st, your account will be charged that evening and your new set of 4, 8, or 12 classes will be added. These classes are valid from the 2nd of the current month to the 1st of the next.
Members on 4x, 8x, or 12x plans have a rolling 21-day booking window, meaning you can always book up to 21 days ahead—as long as you have classes available.
Use It or Lose It
Your classes must be used before your next billing date. Unused classes do not roll over. If you’d like to attend extra classes, you can purchase single sessions anytime in the online store.
Late Cancels & No-Shows
You can cancel up to 6 hours before class without a fee. If you cancel late, there’s a $10 fee; if you don’t show up, the fee is $20 and your class credit is lost.
Membership Activation & Changes
Memberships purchased online begin the same day. If you'd like to start on a future date or adjust your membership (upgrade or downgrade), please submit a support ticket or call your local studio—we’re happy to help!
-
Arrive On Time
We kindly ask that all clients arrive on time for class. With waitlists growing, many clients come hoping to grab an open spot—and your spot isn’t guaranteed if you're late.
If you're not present at the start of class and someone is waiting, your spot may be given away.
To avoid missing your class, we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early.
Late Arrival Policy
For safety, especially in Pilates classes, it’s important not to miss the warm-up. We allow a 5-minute grace period, but after that, you won’t be allowed to join.
Please note: This grace period only applies if no one is waiting to take your spot.
Thanks for helping us keep classes safe, smooth, and respectful for everyone!
-
We encourage all clients to stay for the full class to get the most benefit and avoid disrupting others. If you absolutely need to leave early, please follow these guidelines:
Wait until the cool-down portion has begun. This helps avoid disruption during active exercises when focus and safety are key.
Before you go, please wipe down and reset your equipment for the next client.
Here at SALTED, we’re passionate about helping our clients carve out real time for restoration and renewal. Our class cool-downs include a meditative moment of total stillness that helps your body recalibrate and renew after a vigorous workout. We hope you’ll make your hour with us a top priority.
Of course, we ALWAYS understand that “life happens” and we support you in making these calls. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a focused and safe environment for all participants.
-
Need to Adjust Your Schedule?
You can make changes anytime through the app or on our website.
Please remember: our Late Cancel window is 6 hours before class. For example, if you're booked for a 2 PM class, you’ll need to cancel by 7:59 AM to avoid a fee.
Late Cancel & No-Show Fees
All Memberships & Week Passes
$10 fee for late cancels
$20 fee for no-showsSingle Class or Guest Class Bookings
These will be forfeited if canceled late or missed. We have limited spots—just 12 reformers per studio—so please cancel early if needed to give others a chance to join class. Thanks for being thoughtful. If an extenuating circumstance causes you to miss class, please reach out and let us know! We know that life happens, and we’re always happy to waive a late-cancel fee for circumstances outside of your control!
-
Fee & Refund Policy
Each client receives one Late Cancel or No-Show fee waiver per year—a little grace built in, because we know life happens.
We do enforce our Late Cancel and No-Show policies in order to keep our limited reformer spots available, especially during peak times. Please remember to cancel at least 6 hours before class, even if you're switching to another time, to avoid a fee.
In Case of Emergencies
If something unexpected comes up—an emergency, illness, or other unavoidable situation—please reach out. We’re always happy to review Late Cancel or No-Show fees on a case-by-case basis and offer grace when it’s truly needed.
That said, we kindly ask that clients avoid making this a regular habit. Our goal is to support you while keeping the schedule fair and accessible for everyone.
-
Important: Canceling or pausing your membership will result in the loss of legacy/founder’s rate pricing and any special perks that came with it. These cannot be reinstated for any reason.
To cancel your membership, please use the app, or call your local studio for assistance.
In the app, go to:
Profile > Memberships & Credits > Select Your Membership > Cancel MembershipIf you're on an auto-renewing membership, there's a 2-month minimum commitment. You can submit a cancellation request anytime, but it won’t take effect until after the initial 2 months are complete.

Need to hit pause? We offer one standard freeze of up to 30 days per year for both Auto-Renew and Prepaid Memberships.
Here’s what to know:
Freezes must be at least 14 days long to be processed.
We’ll consider longer freezes—up to 90 days—for things like injury, pregnancy, or emergencies. These are reviewed case by case and not guaranteed.
To request a freeze, please submit a support ticket through the Member Support button on our website.
Important notes:
You won’t be able to book or attend classes during your freeze. Any existing bookings during your freeze dates will be automatically cancelled once your request is processed.

start the journey…
come home to yourself
Take a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point.
Make it stand out.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
